Academic Counsellor – Animation Institute

Location: Reliance Animation Academy – Velachery, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Work Mode: Work from Office

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experienced candidates with relevant Education industry counselling and sales experience may be offered higher compensation based on their skill set and experience.

Job Summary: Reliance Animation Academy, Velachery, Chennai, Tamil Nadu is looking for an experienced Admissions Counsellor to handle student admissions, counselling and sales coordination for Animation, VFX, Graphic Design, Gaming and Multimedia courses.

The role requires strong communication, counselling and sales skills to guide prospective students and parents while achieving admission and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle walk-ins, telephonic enquiries and online leads

· Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities and industry scope

· Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling and sales follow-ups

· Drive course sales and achieve monthly admission and revenue targets

· Maintain enquiry, follow-up and admission records in CRM / Excel

· Coordinate with the marketing team for seminars, workshops and promotional activities

· Support center operations related to admissions and student coordination

· Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents

Eligibility:

· Graduate in any discipline

· Minimum 2 years of experience in Animation, VFX, Multimedia, Gaming or Creative Education industry counselling, admissions counselling or EdTech sales

· Strong communication skills in English, Tamil

· Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM handling

Requirements:

· Strong counselling, sales, and target-oriented approach

· Ability to handle admission targets and student queries efficiently

· Good interpersonal and convincing skills

· Professional communication and follow-up abilities

· Relevant counselling experience is mandatory

· Freshers are not eligible

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM

Work Location: In person
