Academic Counselor

Location: Jaipur
Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week
Shift: Day Shift (Morning to Evening)

We are hiring Academic Counselors for an exciting opportunity in Jaipur.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound calls to prospective students.

• Counsel candidates regarding courses and admissions.

• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.

• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Experience in academic counseling, telesales, or outbound calling is preferred.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 in-hand per month
Incentives: Unlimited performance-based incentives
