Job Description: Academic Counselor

Job Location: Ram Nagar, Coimbatore
Work Schedule: Day Shift (Monday to Saturday)
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
Experience: 1 - 5 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential students through inquiries and provide detailed counseling about our courses and their benefits.

• Highlight the advantages of learning at Appin Technology Coimbatore, including course structure, practical training, certification, and placement opportunities.

• Build a strong rapport with students to understand their career goals and recommend the best course.

• Follow up with leads consistently to convert inquiries into successful enrollments.

• Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollments systematically.

• Collaborate with the team to meet monthly enrollment targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

• Provide guidance to students about course details, pricing, and additional benefits.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for guiding students and helping them make informed career decisions.

• Ability to convince and build trust with potential students.

• Previous experience in counseling, customer service, or sales (preferred but not mandatory).

• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing or IT courses is an added advantage.
