Job Description – Academic Counselor (Field Sales)

Position: Academic Counselor – Field Sales

Location: Lucknow

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Program

We offer a Training & Placement Program designed to prepare students for employment.

- Students will receive practical and job-oriented training.

- The program covers the essential skills required to perform well in the workplace.

- Students will be guided and trained for communication, interview preparation, professional skills, and job readiness.

- After successful completion of the training, placement assistance/opportunities will be provided to eligible students.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit different locations and educational areas to directly connect with potential students.

- Counsel students about our Training & Placement Program and explain the training, benefits, and placement opportunities.

- Generate leads through direct field visits and student interaction.

- Explain course details, fees, duration, training process, and placement assistance.

- Follow up with interested students and convert leads into admissions.

- Handle student queries and provide proper guidance.

- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.

- Maintain daily records of field visits, leads, follow-ups, and admissions.

Requirements

- Graduation/MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.

- 0–3 years of experience in field sales, academic counseling, education sales, or admissions.

- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can apply.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable with daily field work and direct student interaction.

- Strong convincing and follow-up skills.

- Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.

Salary & Incentives

- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

- Travel Allowance: ₹3,000 per month

- Incentive: ₹1,000 per course admission

- Additional Performance-Based Incentives may be provided based on targets.
