We are looking for a highly motivated Academic Counselor who can convert inbound leads into confirmed admissions for our Digital Marketing programs. The ideal candidate should be confident in calling, counseling, follow-ups, and closing admissions.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
Call & counsel inbound leads (website, Meta ads, walk-ins, referrals)
Understand student needs and recommend the right digital marketing course
Convert calls into admissions by effective sales counseling
Maintain daily follow-ups via calls & WhatsApp
Handle objections related to fees, time, job, and placement
Achieve monthly admission targets
Update lead status in CRM / Google Sheets
Coordinate with trainers & operations for batch onboarding
💡 Required Skills
Strong communication & convincing skills (Hindi + English)
Proven ability to close admissions on call
Sales mindset with result orientation
Experience in education sales / EdTech / coaching institutes preferred
Basic knowledge of digital marketing courses is a plus
Comfortable with targets & incentives

Graduate / Undergraduate (Any stream)
Minimum 1 year experience in counseling / sales preferred
