Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position as an Academic Coordinator at Arena Animation, located in New Delhi. The Academic Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing curriculum development, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with faculty to improve academic delivery. Responsibilities include advising students on academic progress, assisting with their career development, conducting research, and providing ongoing support to enhance their educational experience. Regular collaboration with the academic team to design, monitor, and implement innovative educational programs will also be a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Education and Curriculum Development

• Proficiency in Academic Advising and effective student mentorship

• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written

• Analytical abilities and experience in Research to enhance academic programs

• Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple academic priorities

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Training, Curriculum Development, or a related field

• Previous experience in the media, design, or creative industry is a plus
