We are looking for a Academic Counsellor to join our team at Naiminath Ayurvedic Medical College, Hospital & Research Center. We are seeking a empathetic, goal-oriented, and highly communicative Academic Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will be the guiding force for students and parents, helping them navigate educational pathways, understand admission processes, and make informed decisions about their academic futures.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the education landscape, exceptional listening skills, and a passion for mentoring students toward success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage in new leads opportunities through various channels.

• promote services to potential customers effectively.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.

• Maintain a record of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 1 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Cold Calling, Computer Knowledge, Lead Generation, MS Excel, Convencing Skills is an added advantage.
