Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Academic Counselor, based on-site in Jaipur. The Academic Counselor will provide personalized support to students, guiding them through their academic and career pathways, assisting with educational program selection, and helping with college admissions processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include one-on-one student counseling, delivering tailored advice, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge on academic programs and institutions to assist students in making well-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Student Counseling and Academic Advising

• Effective Communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience or knowledge in Career Counseling

• Understanding of Education systems and academic pathways

• Ability to build professional relationships with students and provide empathetic guidance

• Organizational and time management skills

• Prior experience in student services or academic advising is advantageous
