Understand student career goals and recommend suitable courses or skill development programs.
Admissions & Lead Conversion
Follow up on course inquiries and leads generated through marketing campaigns or walk-ins.
Manage end-to-end admission documentation, application processing, and fee collection procedures.
Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets set by the management.
Administrative & Database Management
Maintain precise records of inquiries, follow-ups, and student enrollments in the CRM system.
Coordinate with academic departments to provide accurate program information and class schedules to incoming students.
Assist in organizing open days, webinars, education fairs, and campus tours.
