📌 Key Responsibilities
• Student Counselling: Interact with prospective students to understand their academic background, career goals, and recommend suitable courses.
• Lead Management: Handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to enquiries, and maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates.
• Admission Conversion: Effectively present course benefits, address concerns, and convert enquiries into successful admissions.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents to ensure a positive counselling experience.
• Negotiation & Closing: Use effective convincing and negotiation techniques to support students in making informed enrollment decisions.
• Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admission status in the system.
• Target Achievement: Consistently work towards achieving monthly admission targets and contribute to overall team goals.
