Position: Academic Counselor

Compensation: ₹3 – ₹8 LPA (Including Performance Incentives)
Working Days: 6 days a week (Tuesday Off)
Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

About the Role:

As an Academic Counselor, you will guide prospective students in making informed academic decisions by understanding their goals and recommending suitable programs. This role requires strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and the confidence to convert inquiries into enrollments through structured follow-ups and relationship building.

This is an ideal opportunity for fresh graduates as well as professionals who enjoy interacting with people and want to build a career in counseling and consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities:

●Guide students in selecting the most suitable academic programs based on their goals.
●Build strong rapport and provide professional counseling to students and parents.
●Achieve enrollment targets through consultative selling and consistent follow-ups.
●Maintain and manage student records using CRM tools.
●Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Psychology, or related fields preferred).
Freshers as well as candidates with up to 3 years of experience in sales, counseling, or a target-driven role can apply.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Confident, result-oriented, and comfortable working with performance targets.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
