Job Description
We are looking for an HR Cum Counselor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, guiding them about courses, and managing the college admission process. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to achieve admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle student calls and inquiries regarding courses and admissions
• Provide counseling and guidance to students for suitable programs
• Manage the complete admission process of students
• Maintain records of student interactions and follow-ups
• Coordinate with the admission and academic team
• Achieve monthly admission targets
Target
Minimum 5 admissions per month.
Job Requirements
• Qualification: 12th
• Experience: Experienced can apply
• Skills: Good communication and counseling skills
• Working Days: 6 days a week
