• Interface with prospective students and parents via inbound and outbound calls,

emails, and walk-ins.

•Convert qualified leads from various sources (in-house, microsites, digital

campaigns, etc.) into confirmed admissions across PAN India.

• Understand student needs, preferences, and career aspirations to recommend

suitable programs.

•Manage the complete end-to-end admission process, ensuring a seamless experience

from enquiry to enrolment.

•Achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment targets consistently.

•Maintain accurate and updated student information on CRM tools (LeadSquared,

ExtraEdge, NoPaperForm, etc.).

•Support and coordinate admission-related events, counselling sessions, and activities.

•Liaise with students, parents, and guardians to provide clear information regarding

admission procedures, eligibility, and documentation.

•Coordinate efficiently with internal teams and vendors for smooth process flow.

•Travel as required for education fairs, seminars, and promotional events.

Candidate Profile

•Minimum 2 years of experience in education counselling, admissions, or academic

sales.

•Candidates from colleges, universities, schools, academies, institutes, coaching

centers, or training organizations preferred.

•Candidates from air hostess academies, BPOs, KPOs, and call centres with strong

communication and sales exposure are welcome to apply.

•Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

•Empathetic, approachable, and capable of building strong relationships with students

and parents.

•Proven record of achieving sales/enrolment targets.

•Experience in CRM systems preferred.

•Multilingual abilities will be an added advantage.

•High energy, enthusiasm, and a self-motivated attitude.

•A team player with strong organizational skills.

•Immediate joiners preferred.
