Job Responsibilities
Follow store opening and closing protocols as per company standards.
Maintain discipline and punctuality at all times.
Adhere to grooming standards in accordance with company guidelines.
Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Prepare food and beverages as per company SOPs while maintaining proper MRD standards.
Ensure all equipment is operated safely and in line with operational procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment at all times.
Take customer orders efficiently and provide accurate information regarding menu items.
Manage online orders effectively and ensure correct packaging and handover to delivery partners.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Handle cash, online payments, and other payment methods accurately.
Maintain cleanliness of the customer area, kitchen area, and storage area.
Ensure the safety and security of the store premises at all times.
Learn and understand key operational parameters that contribute to store performance and audit scores.
Ensure timely completion of training modules and courses through Waffle Academy.
