Job Responsibilities:
Handle and supervise retail staff across assigned locations
Manage attendance, shift planning, and duty allocation
Ensure proper manpower availability at stores
Monitor staff performance and discipline
Coordinate with store managers and clients
Conduct field visits and resolve on-ground issues
Train and guide new employees
Maintain daily reports and manpower records
Ensure smooth store operations and service quality
Requirements:
Graduate / 12th pass (experience preferred)
Experience in retail or manpower handling
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good communication and problem-solving ability
Willingness to travel locally
