We are looking for well-groomed, presentable and customer-oriented female candidates to join our kidswear retail store in Koramangala, Bengaluru.

The ideal candidates should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and provide a welcoming shopping experience.

• Understand customer requirements and assist them in selecting products.

• Maintain product displays and store presentation.

• Support daily sales activities and achieve store targets.

• Handle billing and basic store operations.

• Maintain stock arrangement and store cleanliness.

• Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidates only.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a kidswear brand is required.

• Candidates should be well-groomed, presentable and confident.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills are essential.

• Good English communication is mandatory.

• Age preference: 30–35 years.

• Married candidates and mothers are preferred.

Language Requirements

Candidates should be fluent in English along with any one of the following languages:

• Hindi

• Bengali

• Kannada

• Tamil

Important: We require one candidate each with Hindi, Bengali, Kannada and Tamil as their mother tongue, along with English communication skills.

Working Schedule

• Working Days: As per store schedule.

• Weekly Off: No weekly offs on weekends or public holidays. Weekly offs will be scheduled on weekdays.

• Timings: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, subject to business requirements.
