Position: Store Manager

Location: Noida Sector 143

Key Responsibilities

· Manage complete store operations (FMCG, Grocery Store preferred)

· Handle team scheduling, attendance, and performance

· Maintain inventory, stock levels, and expiry management

· Oversee billing, cash handling, and customer service

· Monitor daily sales and prepare reports

· Coordinate with vendors & operations team

· Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and discipline

Requirements

· 3–6 years of experience in FMCG/Retail (Grocery Preferred)

· Strong leadership and team-handling ability

· Basic MS Excel knowledge

· Good communication and problem-solving skills
