We’re looking for a smart, proactive and sales-driven Store Manager to manage and grow our home furnishings & styling studio.

### Key Responsibilities

Drive retail sales, conversions & repeat business•

• Handle enquiries, quotations and strong client follow-ups

Recommend furnishings, curtains, upholstery & styling solutions•

Build relationships with architects, designers & B2B clients•

Manage and supervise store helper/staff•, delegate tasks & ensure productivity

• Manage inventory, billing, vendors, orders & installations

Maintain strong visual merchandising & store presentation•

• Track sales, leads, targets and business opportunities

Assist with Instagram/social media content•

• Take good product/site photographs & videos for social media

Create/edit basic creatives and posts using Canva•

### Key Skills

• 2–5 years in retail, furnishings, décor, furniture or interiors

Strong sales, negotiation & client management•

• Leadership, delegation & team-management skills

• Good aesthetic and interior styling sense

Highly organised with strong ownership & accountability•

Comfortable with Excel/Sheets, WhatsApp Business & Canva•

Basic photography, reels & social media skills•

Target-oriented with a growth mindset•

• It is a Full Time రిటైల్ / కౌంటర్ అమ్మకాలు job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
