Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist them with product inquiries and purchases
Provide accurate information on product pricing, features, and after-sales services
Promote sales through cross-selling and informing customers about ongoing offers and discounts
Ensure shelves and racks are well-stocked and properly organized
Handle merchandise returns and maintain inventory accuracy
Process billing and transactions efficiently
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Share customer feedback and insights with the Store Manager
Stay updated on new products, services, and store promotions
Job Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
1–5 years of relevant experience in retail/store handling
Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic knowledge of inventory management and store procedures
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
