Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join our showroom team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, and converting inquiries into successful vehicle sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers visiting the showroom and understand their vehicle requirements

• Provide complete and accurate information about car models, features, pricing, and offers

• Arrange and conduct test drives for customers

• Explain finance, insurance, exchange, and registration processes

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management

• Follow up on leads generated through walk-ins, phone calls, and digital platforms

• Maintain proper documentation related to bookings, invoices, and deliveries

• Coordinate with internal teams for timely vehicle delivery

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers

• Ensure high standards of showroom presentation and customer service

• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation and convincing ability

• Customer-oriented approach

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office preferred)

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

• Presentable personality with a positive attitude

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Graduate / HSC (as per company policy)

• Experience in automobile sales preferred (freshers can also apply)

• Valid driving license preferred
