An E-commerce Store Incharge manages online store operations, from product listings (uploading, descriptions, images), inventory control, and order fulfillment to customer service and performance analysis, ensuring a seamless user experience and driving sales through platform optimization and marketing coordination, often on platforms like Shopify, using data analysis to improve strategies and working with marketing/logistics teams. 

Key Responsibilities

• Product Management: Manage product uploads, descriptions, images, and pricing; ensure accuracy and appeal; plan seasonal campaigns.

• Inventory & Fulfillment: Oversee stock levels, manage orders, coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.

• Platform Operations: Monitor website functionality, troubleshoot issues, optimize user experience on e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento).

• Performance Analysis: Track sales, conversion rates, site traffic using tools like Google Analytics; analyze data for growth.

• Customer Experience: Handle customer queries, resolve issues, ensure high satisfaction.

• Collaboration: Work with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams.

• Strategy & Reporting: Implement promotional activities, report on performance, stay updated on e-commerce trends. 

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce or retail management.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, blinkit) and analytics tools.

• Data analysis and strategic thinking.

• Customer-focused mindset.
