Job Description – Store Incharge / Inventory ExecutiveKey Responsibilities

• Manage OEM spare parts, consumables and printer inventory.• Handle complete inward/outward material movement, including Delhi/NCR and Outstation.• Prepare and submit daily inward & outward inventory reports.• Receive, verify and match materials with POs, invoices and challans.• Issue spares/consumables to engineers, operators, centers and customers.• Prepare delivery challans and gate passes for all material movements.• Coordinate printer/material loading, drivers and deliveries.• Manage courier requirements, address verification, packing, dispatch and POD updates.• Maintain proper racking, storage and physical stock verification.• Record and verify local purchases and vendor bills in inventory system.• Coordinate with Service, Purchase, Accounts, Engineers, Operators, Drivers and Vendors for material requirements.• Ensure timely availability of materials and report shortages, discrepancies and damages to management.
