Job Description – Store Incharge

Location: Noida
Reporting To: Operations / Project Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Incharge to manage inventory, materials, tools, and equipment and ensure smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage material inward, outward, receipt, storage, and issuance.

• Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory records.

• Verify received materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.

• Issue materials to employees, projects, and sites against approved requirements.

• Maintain project-wise material consumption and movement records.

• Track company tools, equipment, and assets, including issue and return.

• Conduct regular physical stock verification and resolve discrepancies.

• Coordinate with Procurement, Accounts, Project, and Engineering teams for material requirements.

• Prepare stock, consumption, shortage, and inventory reports.

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, cleanliness, and safety of the store.

• Report damaged, missing, excess, or obsolete materials to management.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of store and inventory management.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic inventory software.

• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.

• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage stock efficiently.

• Knowledge of electrical/electronic, technical, or project materials will be an advantage.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate/Diploma; technical qualification preferred.

• 2–5 years of experience in stores, inventory, warehouse, or material management.

• Experience in a technical, engineering, solar, manufacturing, or project-based company will be preferred.

• It is a Full Time రిటైల్ / కౌంటర్ అమ్మకాలు job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
