Job Summary

The Store Helper is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day activities of the store, including receiving, arranging, storing, and issuing materials while maintaining cleanliness, proper documentation, and inventory discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving and unloading materials, goods, and supplies.

• Check materials received against invoices or delivery documents.

• Arrange and store materials properly in designated locations.

• Assist in issuing materials to different departments as required.

• Maintain proper stacking and organization of stock.

• Support the Store In-charge in counting and verifying inventory.

• Help with loading, unloading, shifting, and movement of materials.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the store area.

• Assist in stock checking and physical inventory activities.

• Identify damaged, expired, or shortage items and report them to the supervisor.

• Follow company rules and safety procedures.

• Perform other store-related duties assigned by the Store In-charge.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of store and inventory activities.

• Ability to handle materials carefully.

• Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual work.

• Basic communication skills.

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

• Responsible and punctual attitude.

Qualification

• Minimum: 10th / 12th pass (as per company requirement).

• Previous store experience is an advantage but freshers can also be considered.

Store In-charge / Store Manager

• It is a Full Time రిటైల్ / కౌంటర్ అమ్మకాలు job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
