About the Role:
We are looking for an honest, polite, and active staff member to manage our bakery counter and handle customer walk-ins and delivery orders during day shifts (11:00 AM to 7:30 PM).
Key Responsibilities:
Greet walk-in customers politely and explain menu items.
Take orders, bill via POS/UPI, and handle cash transactions accurately.
Accept and manage online delivery orders on Swiggy / Zomato tablets.
Pack cookies, dessert items, and beverages neatly using proper boxes, tins, and tamper-proof packaging.
Reheat or bake off pre-prepped items as per standard baking guidelines.
Keep the counter, display cases, and packaging area clean, hygienic, and organized.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 2 year of experience in a cafe, bakery, quick-service restaurant (QSR), or retail store.
Must be able to speak Kannada and English.
Familiarity with smartphone apps, POS machines, and delivery aggregator tablets.
Punctual, neat, and living within 30–40 minutes of [Your Locality].
