Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and visitors.
· Ensure availability of drinking water and refill dispensers regularly.
· Maintain cleanliness of the pantry, utensils, and equipment at all times.
· Track pantry stock (tea, coffee, sugar, milk, snacks, water, etc.) and assist in procurement.
· Assist during meetings/events with serving food and beverages.
· Handle pantry appliances safely and report any maintenance needs.
· Perform small office assistance tasks when required.
