We are looking for a friendly, hardworking and responsible Store Helper to join our Bombay Kulfi Ice Creams outlet in Aundh.

The candidate will assist with customer service, serving ice creams and kulfis, preparing shakes and faloodas, maintaining cleanliness, handling basic store operations and ensuring a pleasant customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers politely

• Serve ice creams, kulfis, faloodas, shakes and other desserts

• Assist in basic food and beverage preparation

• Take customer orders and coordinate billing

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store

• Keep display counters, tables and equipment clean

• Assist with stock arrangement and replenishment

• Support daily opening and closing activities

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards

• Handle customers courteously and professionally

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication and customer-service skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Honest, punctual and hardworking

• Comfortable working in a food/dessert outlet

• Freshers are welcome to apply

• Candidates from Aundh and nearby areas preferred.
