Job Summary

ZenZee Paws is looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Store Executive to manage daily pet store operations, customer handling, inventory, and grooming coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customers and assist them with pet products and services.

• Manage store inventory, stock inward/outward, and stock records.

• Receive, check, organize, and maintain pet food, accessories, and other products.

• Coordinate customer bookings and appointments for pet grooming services.

• Assist customers with basic queries related to products and grooming services.

• Manage billing and daily store transactions.

• Maintain proper records of customer orders and inventory.

• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and pet-friendly.

• Coordinate with groomers and other team members for smooth operations.

• Follow proper hygiene, safety, and pet-handling practices.

Requirements

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Interest in pets and willingness to learn about pet care and grooming.

• Basic computer and inventory-management skills.

• Responsible, organized, and punctual.

• Previous retail, pet store, or grooming experience is an advantage.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who genuinely loves pets, enjoys interacting with customers, and can efficiently manage both store inventory and grooming-related customer coordination.
