Job Title: Pet Store Executive (Retail)

Location: ZenZee Paws Store & Spa, New Panvel
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday Off)
Working Hours: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused Pet Store Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about pets, possess excellent customer service skills, and be comfortable handling retail store operations, billing, and cash management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the billing counter and process customer transactions accurately.

• Handle cash collections, daily cash reconciliation, and maintain transaction records.

• Assist customers in selecting pet food, treats, accessories, and other pet care products.

• Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.

• Coordinate with customers regarding grooming and spa appointments.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising of the store.

• Monitor stock levels and inform management about replenishment requirements.

• Address customer queries and ensure a positive shopping experience.

• Support promotional activities, offers, and loyalty programs.

• Coordinate with the grooming team to ensure smooth customer service.

• Follow store policies, billing procedures, and inventory management practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

• Prior experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing software/POS systems.

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

• Honest, responsible, and customer-oriented.

• Comfortable working around dogs, cats, and other pets.

• Pet-friendly attitude with a genuine love for animals.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
