Store Executive – EDM Department | Chakan, Pune

We are hiring experienced and dedicated Store Executives for our EDM Department at Chakan, Pune. Candidates with hands-on experience in inventory management, store operations, material handling, and stock control are encouraged to apply.

Location: Chakan, Pune

Experience Required: 1–4 Years

Employment Type: Third-Party Payroll

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage inward and outward movement of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory data.
• Prepare and process Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), material issues, and stock reconciliation reports.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of materials.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Planning teams for smooth material flow.
• Conduct regular stock verification and inventory audits.
• Maintain store-related documentation and ERP entries accurately.
• Follow safety procedures and housekeeping standards within the store area.
• Monitor inventory levels and support timely replenishment of materials.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in Store, Warehouse, or Inventory Management.
• Knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and material handling processes.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
