Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage inward and outward material movement in the store.
Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
Ensure proper storage of materials and tools.
Prepare Goods Receipt Note (GRN) and maintain documentation.
Coordinate with purchase, production, and dispatch teams.
Conduct regular stock verification and inventory control.
Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
Update inventory details in ERP / Excel system.
Ensure proper material labeling and tracking.

Required Skills

Knowledge of store management and inventory control
Basic knowledge of ERP / Excel
Good communication and coordination skills
Understanding of material handling and documentation

Qualification

Diploma / Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, or any relevant field

Experience

1–3 years of experience in store or warehouse operations

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of GRN, inventory audit, and stock management
Experience working with ERP systems
