We are looking for a Store Executive to join our team at Cmunity Innovations Private Limited to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Open the store daily at 5:00 AM and ensure readiness for operations.
Handle loading and unloading of goods at the store
Assist in assigning delivery routes to delivery personnel
Coordinate with delivery boys to ensure smooth dispatch
Maintain basic records of inventory movement (if required)
Support the operations team in day-to-day activities
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 5 years of experience. The responsibility includes Punctuality (early morning shift mandatory).
