Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly and assist with menu queries.

• Ensure fast, accurate, and friendly order taking.

• Maintain high service standards during rush hours.

Food Preparation & Quality

• Prepare food items as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Maintain hygiene, freshness, and portion control.

• Follow all FSSAI & brand food safety guidelines.

Store Operations

• Manage billing and handle POS systems smoothly.

• Maintain cleanliness of the store, kitchen, counters, dine-in area, and workstations.

• Support opening and closing activities of the store.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Assist in receiving, storing, and managing raw materials.

• Report shortages or wastage to the Shift Manager.

• Follow FIFO/FEFO practices while handling stock.

Teamwork & Discipline

• Coordinate with team members for smooth operations.

• Follow grooming standards, punctuality, and discipline.

• Participate in daily briefings and training sessions.
