Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against invoices or delivery notes
Store items in an orderly and safe manner according to company procedures
Issue materials as per approved requisitions and maintain proper documentation
Maintain accurate stock records, bin cards, and inventory registers
Conduct regular stock counts and assist with audits
Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or excess inventory
Ensure proper labeling, identification, and preservation of materials
Coordinate with purchasing and other departments regarding stock requirements
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security of the store area
Handle returns, scrap, and obsolete materials as per company policy
