Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Cum Logistics Executive to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory, material movement, dispatches, and logistics coordination. The candidate should have experience in maintaining stock records, handling inward/outward materials, coordinating with transporters, and ensuring timely availability and delivery of materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily store and inventory operations.
Handle material inward and outward processes.
Receive, inspect, count, and properly store incoming materials.
Maintain accurate stock records, GRN, issue slips, delivery challans, and dispatch documents.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate for timely material replenishment.
Ensure proper identification, labeling, storage, and handling of materials.
Coordinate with purchase, production, sales, and accounts teams for material requirements.
Plan and coordinate dispatches and deliveries with transporters.
Prepare dispatch documents and track material movement until delivery.
Maintain records of vehicle, transporter, loading/unloading, and delivery status.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure proper housekeeping and safety standards within the store.
Minimize material damage, shortage, and inventory discrepancies.
Support loading and unloading activities and ensure materials are handled safely.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in Store, Warehouse, Inventory, or Logistics operations.
Experience in a manufacturing/engineering industry will be preferred.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and material handling.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
Experience with ERP/software for inventory management is an advantage.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to maintain accurate documentation and records.
Should be physically fit and comfortable with shop-floor/store activities.
Preferred Candidate:
Candidate with experience in electrical panel manufacturing, fabrication, engineering, or industrial manufacturing will be preferred.
