Job Title: Store Assistant

Job Summary

Neotroniks India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the stores department in our capacitor manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have experience in inventory management, maintaining accurate records, and working with ERP/accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily inward and outward material records.

• Receive, inspect, and issue raw materials, components, and finished goods.

• Update stock entries in Tally accurately.

• Prepare and maintain store-related reports using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

• Maintain inventory records, stock registers, and documentation.

• Ensure proper storage, identification, and organization of materials.

• Coordinate with the Production, Purchase, and Quality departments for material movement.

• Perform periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory differences.

• Maintain data accuracy and proper filing of store documents.

• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines within the stores department.

• Assist in inventory planning and stock monitoring to prevent shortages or excess inventory.

• Handle store activities related to capacitor manufacturing materials and components.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)

• 1–3 years of experience in a stores or inventory role, preferably in a manufacturing company.

• Experience in the electronics or capacitor manufacturing industry is an advantage.

Required Skills

• Good working knowledge of Tally.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, sorting, reports).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.

• Strong data entry and data management skills.

• Knowledge of inventory control and stock management.

• Good documentation and reporting skills.

• Basic understanding of manufacturing stores operations.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Honest, disciplined, and responsible.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Quick learner with a positive attitude.

• Willingness to support production requirements and maintain accurate inventory records.
