Lead, motivate and monitor the store sales team to achieve daily & monthly targets.
Drive sales through customer engagement, upselling and cross-selling.
Ensure excellent customer experience and effective product presentation.
Track individual team performance, conversion, average bill value and sales targets.
Conduct daily briefings, product training and performance reviews.
Ensure proper follow-up of customer enquiries and leads.
Maintain store discipline, SOP compliance and visual merchandising standards.
Coordinate with management for stock, customer issues and operational requirements.
Identify sales opportunities and implement local sales initiatives.
