Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a warm, welcoming attitude.

• Guide customers in selecting the perfect frames and lenses based on their prescriptions, lifestyle, and aesthetic preferences.

• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing display of frames and inventory.

• Handle sales transactions, billing, and customer inquiries with high attention to detail.

• Actively learn about new optical products, lens coatings, and brand offerings to better educate customers.
