Sales Manager - 2 Wheeler

We are looking for a Sales Manager - 2 Wheeler | Honda Dealer | Pimpri Chinchwad to join our team at Strong Wings Llp to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for all Honda models

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of 5-15 sales executives and team leaders

• Design and execute local sales campaigns, exchange offers, finance schemes, and tie-ups

• Monitor daily inquiries, test rides, booking vs. retail conversion, and lost sales analysis

• Ensure excellent showroom experience, adherence to Honda sales process, and high CSI

• Control discounts, manage stock ageing, and ensure healthy model mix

• Analyze competitor activities, pricing, and customer trends to recommend actions

• Prepare daily/weekly MIS, sales forecasts, and present reviews to Dealer Principal

• Coordinate with service, spares, and CRM teams for seamless customer journey

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 4 - 6 years of experience. The responsibility includes achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with inventory procedures.
