Driving 4 wheeler compulsory with valid driving license
Must have own transport like 2 wheeler
Responsible for helping customers find the right product.
Stay up-to-date with new products/services
Meet and exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement.
Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of our product range to effectively advise customers.
Provide exceptional service, answering customer queries and offering solutions.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Implement sales strategies and participate in promotional events to increase sales.
Gather customer feedback and relay it to the management for service improvement.
Written and Verbal Communication
Teamworking
Familiarity with Point Of Sale systems and basic computer applications.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Handle cash transactions and maintain cash register
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-presented
Work towards achieving sales targets and KPIs
Collaborate with the team to achieve overall store goals
Ready to work in any shift between 9 to 9
