Manage end-to-end retail store operations
Lead, supervise, and motivate the store team
Drive sales targets, growth, and store performance
Implement upselling, cross-selling, and promotional activities
Ensure excellent customer service and store experience
Handle daily billing, cash management, and POS operations
Manage inventory, stock inward/outward, FIFO, and shrinkage control
Ensure proper visual merchandising and hygiene standards
Coordinate with warehouse/supply chain for stock replenishment
Prepare and share daily sales reports, stock reports, and MIS
Monitor team attendance, duty rosters, and productivity
Handle customer complaints and escalations effectively
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and audit requirements
Support local marketing and customer engagement initiatives
