Lead and supervise a team of retail promoters / sales executives.
Drive sales targets, outlet coverage, and secondary sales growth.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and planogram compliance at retail outlets.
Conduct store visits, daily reviews, and on-field coaching to improve team performance.
Monitor attendance, discipline, and productivity of the team.
Execute promotions, product launches, and in-store activations.
Coordinate with distributors and store teams for smooth operations.
Track and report sales performance, market feedback, and execution gaps.
Train promoters on product knowledge and selling skills.
