We are looking for a Retail Store Manager for one of our client to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall store and its management
- Open and shut the office and manage in-store issues
- Communication & interpersonal skills
- Sales acumen to identify sales opportunities, manage walk-in customers
- Take initiative and oversee staff with professionalism
- Organisational skills- handling sales & orders, maintaining records, maintenance of stock and inventory
- vendor management
- Develop a log book of attendance & absence
- Maintain cash book
- Work with accountant on monthly sales sheet
- Develop knowledge of and maintain network with country wide couriers.
