We are looking for an energetic, target-driven Field Sales Representative to join our Franchise Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting potential franchise locations, building relationships with prospective franchisees, and securing new franchise agreements. The role requires exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of franchise development, and the ability to meet sales targets while fostering long-term business relationships.
Prospect and Identify Potential Franchisees:
Visit local and regional locations to identify potential franchise partners.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other business development activities.
Qualify leads and ensure they meet the franchise requirements and guidelines.
Franchise Sales and Negotiations:
Conduct presentations, meetings, and site assessments with potential franchisees.
Explain the benefits of franchising with the company, outlining the investment required and potential return.
Guide prospects through the entire franchise application process, from initial inquiry to contract signing.Negotiate terms and conditions of the franchise agreements in line with company policies.
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchisees.
Provide ongoing support and assistance during the franchisee onboarding process.
Serve as the main point of contact for any franchise-related queries.
Market and Competitive Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in potential franchise locations.
Provide feedback on customer preferences, industry demands, and emerging market trends to the Franchise Development team.
