Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive with good knowledge of computer hardware and sales. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle walk-in customers and understand their computer/hardware requirements.

· Explain computer hardware, accessories, and related products to customers.

· Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and budget.

· Generate sales and achieve monthly sales targets.

· Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers for orders.

· Maintain product knowledge, pricing, and stock information.

· Handle customer queries and provide proper product guidance.

· Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.

· Coordinate with the inventory team for product availability.

· Ensure proper billing and sales documentation.

Required Skills

· Must have good knowledge of Computer Hardware.

· Must have experience/knowledge in Retail Sales.

· Good communication and convincing skills.

· Customer handling and negotiation skills.

· Basic computer knowledge.

· Ability to achieve sales targets.

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

Experience

1–2 years of experience in computer hardware retail sales preferred.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates having experience in computer shops, laptop/desktop sales, computer accessories, hardware sales, or IT retail sales will be preferred.

• It is a Full Time రిటైల్ / కౌంటర్ అమ్మకాలు job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
