About the Role:
We are hiring experienced and customer-focused Retail Jewellery Sales Executives for a jewellery showroom in Gurgaon, Sector 52. Candidates must have prior experience in jewellery sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting jewellery and provide personalized recommendations.
Achieve monthly sales targets and drive showroom sales.
Explain jewellery designs, quality, pricing, and offers.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Maintain showroom displays and product presentation.
Support stock management and inventory verification.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in jewellery sales is mandatory.
Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
