Role Overview

We are looking for a Retail Sales Consultant who can engage customers with confidence, guide them through the selection process, and take ownership of revenue outcomes. This is a customer-facing, target-oriented role delivered with grace and intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult customers on suitable pet breeds based on lifestyle and preferences

• Transform in-store / on-call interactions into confirmed client onboarding

• Work towards defined revenue and conversion targets

• Handle follow-ups, negotiations, and objections professionally

• Build trust and long-term client relationships

What we are looking for

• Candidates with a graceful, composed, and professional demeanor

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Prior experience in retail sales (mandatory)

• Passionate about pets and pet-care

• Smart, observant, and customer-focused approach

Compensation

₹3.6 - ₹4.6 LPA (fixed) + extremely high performance incentives
