We are hiring a Retail Sales Executive to manage retail sales, medical store visits, and open-market outreach for healthcare and therapy products.
Key Responsibilities
Visit medical stores, retail counters, pharmacies, and open markets for sales.
Promote and sell products to retailers, stockists, and wholesalers.
Build strong retail relationships and ensure product visibility and availability.
Identify new retail opportunities and expand market coverage.
Conduct field visits, collect orders, and manage follow-ups.
Submit daily sales, visit reports, and activity summaries.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in MR/pharma sales, retail medical sales, or field sales.
Strong knowledge of retail medical markets preferred.
Result-oriented with strong negotiation and closing skills.
Comfortable with extensive field travel.
