Retail Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

1.

Customer Interaction

▪

Keep in depth knowledge of all the products to answer the questions promptly to the customers.

▪

Provide appropriate service to satisfy customers.

▪

To handle all incoming customer queries and questions.

▪

Respond promptly to customer inquiries.

▪

Resolve customer complaints and issuing refunds as needed.

▪

Keep records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.

2.

Store Management

▪

Ensure that set SOP is followed on daily basis.

▪

Handle store opening and closing process.

▪

Maintain in and out register for the allocated store.

▪

Verify housekeeping and security service in the store as per the SOP.

▪

Maintain the display of the stock.

▪

Check and monitor the set target of the staff.

▪

Organize and manage the events and promotions in the stores.

▪

Arrange signing of authors program.

▪

Follow up with the Store/Asst Store Manager regarding availability of stock.

3.

Cash

▪

Handle the cash counter as and when needed.

▪

Check premium, cash and DSS on daily basis.

▪

Monitor the login system at cash counter. Handle the grievances if any.

Key Skills Required:

•

0-3 Yrs. work experience as an CCA or CSE or in Retail/FMCG industry. Freshers are also appliable.

•

Computer literacy

•

Good in phone, email and in-person communication skills

•

12th pass/ graduate
