Retail Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the retail store.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable mother and baby products.

• Explain product features, benefits, usage, and safety guidelines.

• Promote additional products through cross-selling and upselling.

• Build strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and repeat purchases.

• Resolve customer queries and concerns professionally.

Product Counselling

• Guide mothers on breastfeeding accessories, feeding products, baby care essentials, and maternity products.

• Demonstrate the use of products such as breast pumps, sterilizers, feeding bottles, and baby care accessories.

• Educate customers about product maintenance and hygiene practices.

Store Operations

• Ensure proper product display and visual merchandising.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.

• Verify product expiry dates where applicable.

• Assist in receiving, stocking, and arranging merchandise.

Billing & Inventory Management

• Process billing and payment transactions accurately.

• Maintain daily sales records and reports.

• Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliation.

• Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the Store Manager.

Sales Targets

• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

• Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, and campaigns.

• Support promotional events and customer engagement activities.
